We are a family owned and operated wholesaler, originally located in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, serving Chicagoland for over 40 years. We are actually three family owned businesses, Craelius Poultry & Foods, Fox DeLuxe Foods and Bonton Foodservice who combined to provide you the best and most complete wholesale service possible.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We bring in over one million pounds of fresh poultry each week to ensure you have the freshest product possible. In addition to the vast variety of fresh and frozen products we offer, we now exclusively carry Gerber Amish Farm Poultry. Many of our products have no antibiotics or added additives and are gluten-free. We were the first company to bring Perdue poultry to Chicago and begin a standard of natural organic poultry in our city.
